No more political football with Canadian lives!

All three political parties must work together NOW. They must agree upon an urgent action plan to save the lives of the thousands of young Canadians we are constantly losing to toxic drugs. The solution must not be a political football. It must be a solution that works, and it must not change with each government.
The toxic drug crisis affects every level of society -- fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters are dying. This crisis affects our health, our economy, our security, and is deeply harming our families.

Why is this important?

This issue is a national crisis. We will soon have lost more citizens to toxic drugs than were lost in World War Two. Losing otherwise healthy young people is affecting our economy (those affected by drugs are missing from the workforce, but so are their bereaved or overstressed parents and extended family members), our security (who are you going to call up if there's a war?), and is doing deep, lasting damage to our families and society. It is making our cities unsafe.
