End Legislated Poverty In BC
For to long Social Services in BC have kept people in object poverty, refusing to raise assistance rates, not putting an end to claw backs and penalizing those who wish to form a union with another, by lowering or cutting off their funds all together. This makes them dependent on a possible abuse for their income and a quality of life, this is wrong and needs to stop.
Why is this important?
Demand those assistance receive a benefit that is indexed to inflation, demand an end to claw backs and allow people to embrace union with another without facing penalty for doing so!
